We are pleased to be able to trade again under the recently updated Level 4 Lockdown Regulations.

Under the regulations, we are able to sell and deliver all our collections via our online shop. In store there are still some restrictions on trade and we are unable to sell products from our Art and Décor ranges (but remember you can order these online - so take advantage of our free national delivery!) 

Please note that both in store and whilst packing your online orders we are implementing strict hygiene measures to reduce the risk of transmission. We are actively disinfecting all surfaces as well as making use of Personal Protective Equipment. 

We will be limiting the number of customers in store at any time to help maintain adequate social distancing. If you would prefer to book a private shopping experience, we will be open on Saturdays by appointment only. This way you will have the comfort of shopping and selecting your favourite pieces in complete privacy.

With regards to deliveries, we have instructed our couriers to practice strict hygiene measures and offer contactless drop offs. They will leave parcels on your doorstep or another designated area and no signature will be required on delivery.

We would recommend that you wait a short while before attending to your parcel, to allow any respiratory droplets to disperse. Follow these useful guidelines around unpacking your products:

GUIDELINES ON HOW TO SAFELY DISINFECT YOUR GOODS BEFORE USE:

• Always wash your hands with soap or disinfect with 70% alcohol sanitiser after handling your delivery.
• For cardboard packaging/boxes, as the surface is porous, the general contamination risk and duration thereof is low.
• To reduce this risk even further, leave your box in quarantine for a day or spray with 70% alcohol sanitiser.
• Once you open the box, disinfect your hands prior to removing your products.
• As you remove your products, disinfect them by spraying with 70% alcohol spray and then wiping with a cloth or paper towel.
• Once finished, wash or disinfect your hands and clean your surfaces.
• The more precautions, the lower the risk of spread.
