DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to any address in South Africa.
When do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
How do you deliver?
We use The Courier Guy and Dawn Wing courier services to deliver our orders. Should you live in an outlying or rural area, we reserve the right to use Pargo delivery services and will deliver to your closest Pargo pick up point (https://pargo.co.za)
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes between 2 – 5 working days. Please note that if you place an order after office hours, it will be processed the following day. If you place an order over the weekend, it will only be processed on Monday.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is currently free on orders over R500.00.
What kind of address do you need?
We cannot deliver to a postal box and therefore require a physical address with as much detail as possible.
Can I come collect?
Yes, you can collect from our store, free of charge. Please select the ‘collect in store’ shipping method.

Can I track my order?
Yes, we will provide you with the courier information and tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched. You will receive email updates regarding the progress of your order.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we unfortunately only ship within South Africa.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What do I do if I wish to return an item I purchased?
If you would like to return an item; you may do so within 30 day of purchase if the item is undamaged and you have a receipt. The returned item must be packed in its original packaging.

How do I return an item?
Items may be dropped off at our Bree Street store or sent via courier. You will have to pay to have the item couriered back to us, but as soon as we receive it, we will issue you with a credit note for the delivery charge.
How do I package an item I want to return?
The returning item must be packed, in its original packaging, in another outer box with as much padding and protective packaging as possible so that it can travel safely back to us. If the returning product has not been packaged properly and is damaged, we can unfortunately not issue a refund. It is your responsibility to package the item correctly.
How am I refunded if I return an item?
You will be offered a Bordallo Pinheiro gift card or a product exchange.
What do I do if I receive goods that are damaged?

Can I return a gift?
You may exchange a gift if you have the receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange the gift without the receipt.
Can gift vouchers be refunded?
No, unfortunately gift vouchers cannot be refunded.
Can I return an item I bought on sale?
Items bought on sale can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged.
